Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motor retail experienced Service Manager to join a growing group at their Exeter service centre. We are looking for a driven individual to join this successful team to take their service department to the next level. As the Service Manager you will be given the very best in professional and personal development.

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the service department
  • Mentoring and motivating a team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Receptionists
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Overall management of this busy aftersales department
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Proactively supporting the General Manager
  • Monitor, develop and improve KPIs and customer experience
  • Representing the company in a highly professional manner and have a highly detailed and analytical approach


You will be an experienced Service Manager or an Aftersales Manager looking for your next challenge. You must have experience in a management role within an in a franchised car dealership. Knowledge and experience of using the CDK/ ADP /Kerridge Dealer Management System would also be a distinct advantage for you in this role.

  • Basic Salary up to £35,000
  • OTE Circa £42,000 - £45,000
