Our client, a highly respected motor retail group in East London are seeking a new Business Manager to join their team. This is the perfect opportunity for you the Business Manager to join a respected brand and group which boasts a company car, generous bonus scheme and the very best in training & development programmes!

As the Business Manager overseeing a small team you will;

  • Uncover the potential of the sales team by setting objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.
  • Support and Mentor individuals within the team
  • Ensure that all Sales Executives are performance driven - aiming to achieve KPI's and Sales Targets
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives
  • To resource the sales team appropriately on a day to day and longer-term basis
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the Brands partners/vendors /suppliers
  • Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer's standards within the Sales arena



You will be currently working as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller role and have experience within a franchise car dealership.
