A new and truly rare role for a Parts Sales Manager has arisen within a fast-growing motor retail group. This is an exciting new venture for the business that will involve leading a sales hungry sales team as well as servicing customers across some of the key 'Shires' in South West England. If you have hands-on managerial experience and a background in business development, and a barrel of ambition then this role of Parts Sales Manager is for you.As the Parts Sales Manager, you will be a proactive member of the management team able to:
- Motivate colleagues and drive them to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage both field sales and internal call centre team
- Run an efficient and profitable operation, ensuring complete customer satisfaction through the efficient sale of parts to maximise profitability
- Grow the Parts side of the business by visiting new and existing customers
You must have experience as a franchised car Parts Sales Manager and have successfully managed the growth and development of the whole of the parts operation(s). You will also be experienced at developing relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.In return for your drive, determination and hard work as Parts Sales Manager within this group you will get:
- Basic Salary of £45,000
- Highly lucrative bonus structure yielding an OTE of £60,000
- Rewarding up to 33 days holiday per annum depending on length of service
