Are you an experienced Motor Retail Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge? Do you want to join a go forward and reputable motor retail dealer group that has integrity and clear direction? As the New & Used Car Sales Manager you will be at the heart of the management team driving Sales and providing an excellent service to customers & colleagues.

This Sales Manager role, based in the Reading area, will be responsible for all aspects of new & used car sales and for leading & motivating the sales team to deliver measurable performance and outstanding service to our customers.
To achieve this, you will need to possess the following attributes...

  • Ability to manage all aspects of the dealerships car sales
  • Oversee stock management
  • Mentor and motivate the sales team - driving the desire to reach KPIs and exceed targets
  • Assist with overall management of this superb facility
  • Highly detail oriented with an analytical approach
  • Have a competent grasp of the sales process, and understand the importance of customer communication

You will be currently working as a Sales Manager in a volume franchised car dealership. Current experience of managing a new and used car sales team within a respected franchised dealership would be a distinct advantage.
