Description

At Morgan Radley, we specialise in the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff for specialist business sectors. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to provide maternity cover for a period of up to 12 months. This fantastic opportunity is based at our superbly equipped office suite in the Icon Centre Daventry, which has free onsite parking, a Café and showers (if you feel the need to do some exercise during your lunch break!). This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to work with a great team of people!


As the Recruitment Administrator you will:

  • Carry out general office duties such as answering the telephone to candidates and clients, office diary management and working alongside the Consultants
  • Be capable of formatting candidate CV's to a high standard and pick out key skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise the workload throughout the day and complete all outstanding administration
  • Ensure office documents are up to date and maintaining the recruitment database is current.
  • Create job advertisements to a high standard
  • Post job advertisements on multiple job boards and update social media sites
  • Update our company website & have a creative mind when designing adhoc marketing material


Recruitment Administrator Requirements:


Successful applicants will have prior experience of working as an Administrator in a busy environment and perhaps have a knowledge of the recruitment sector, although this is not essential. What is essential is that you will have the following skills, competences and experience:

  • Confident & strong communicator
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good IT and MS Office and database management skills
  • Friendly and enthusiastic
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Organised approach to work
  • Flexible enough to adapt to change
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and extremely proactive
  • Ability to use own initiative


You can expect a competitive basic salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience).
